Less than a month to go before the BWF World Junior Championships, the official website santander2022.com is now operational. The competition will take place in the capital of Cantabria, from October 17 to 22, in the mixed team event, and from 24 to 30, in the individual one, with the participation of more than 600 athletes from five continents.
The official website includes all the latest news and the best service information for fans who want to visit Santander or follow these championships from anywhere in the world, since the website is also in English version. But also for all the athletes, coaches and other members of the nationals teams from more than 60 countries who are going to be in Santander for two weeks.
In the different sections of santander2022.com there is an specific area dedicated to the competition, where you can find the schedule and the calendar, as well as all the results that are produced in the Palacio de los Deportes of the city of Santander, with free access for fans who want to live and vibrate with the spectacle of badminton, played by the great promises of the badminton.
The event is sponsored by prestigious brands such as Yonex, HSBC, Iberdrola, El Cortes Inglés and Loterías, and the support of the institutions that have made it: the Badminton World Federation (BWF), which has once again placed its trust in the Spanish Badminton Federation (FESBA), followed by the Spanish Sports Council (CSD), whose support is unconditional, and, of course, the City Council of Santander, the Government of Cantabria and Cantur, the Cantabrian Regional Society for Tourism Promotion. Also the Cantabrian Badminton Federation (FECBA), which is on the ball to make Santander vibrate.
